Service Details

1. NOx Emission Control

Tongda Clearon has long been dedicated to the research and development of technologies for nitrogen oxide (NOx) exhaust gas treatment, particularly making significant efforts in catalyst development for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) and the development of complete SCR equipment. This work has received strong support from the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, among others, and multiple patents have been filed. The developed equipment has been awarded the 2009 China Market Association Golden Bridge Award, Third Prize at the 2011 Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, and Third Prize at the Shanghai International Expo in 2009 and 2012.

At present, our company has completed the development of a new type of denitrification catalyst. Its efficient denitrification reaction temperature range is 200–300°C, using the process of 'spray absorption, preheating, heat exchange, heating, SCR reaction, and heat exchange.' The denitrification efficiency can reach over 95%, and the NOx concentration in the outlet flue gas is below 100 mg/m³. Compared with VO/TiO-based catalysts, this type of catalyst offers substantial energy-saving benefits.

Leveraging more than ten years of industry experience, our company provides customers with one-stop solutions for exhaust gas treatment, including system planning, process design, equipment manufacturing, and on-site installation services. The nitrogen oxide exhaust gas treatment equipment designed and manufactured by our company is stable and reliable in performance, widely applied in industries such as chemical and metallurgy, delivering significant environmental and economic benefits to our clients.

2. VOCs Emission Control

Organic waste gas treatment generally includes several methods such as catalytic combustion, activated carbon adsorption-desorption, and direct combustion. Typically, when the waste gas concentration is below 1000 mg/m³ and the outlet temperature is below 45°C, it is classified as low-concentration organic waste gas, and choosing the activated carbon adsorption-catalytic combustion desorption method is considered more appropriate.

Catalytic combustion, due to its low ignition temperature, is an ideal method for treating organic pollutants through catalytic reactions (without open flames), offering advantages such as wide applicability, simple structure, high purification efficiency, energy savings, and no secondary pollution, and has been widely utilized both domestically and internationally.

Tongda Clearon has long been dedicated to the development and application of organic waste gas collection and treatment technologies, has applied for and obtained multiple utility model patents, and the developed technologies and equipment have been successfully employed across various industries.
