In accordance with the "Detailed Rules for the Gradient Cultivation and Management of High - quality Small and Medium - sized Enterprises in Shanghai" (Hu Jing Xin Gui Fan [2022] No. 8), after expert review and comprehensive evaluation, the list of 3,861 specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative small and medium - sized enterprises (the fourth batch) in Shanghai in 2025 is hereby publicly announced (see Annex 1). In addition, the simple name changes of 93 recognized high - quality small and medium - sized enterprises are also being publicly announced (see Annex 2). All sectors of society are welcome to participate in the supervision.
