To all relevant parties:

In accordance with the "High-tech Enterprise Recognition Management Measures" (Document No. 32 of the National Science and Technology Commission in 2016), the "Guidelines for the Management of High-tech Enterprise Recognition" (Document No. 195 of the National Science and Technology Commission in 2016), and the "Implementation Measures for the Recognition of High-tech Enterprises in Shanghai" (Document No. 21 of the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission in 2021), after review, the list of 3,232 enterprises that meet the recognition criteria and are proposed for recognition as high-tech enterprises (see the attachment) is hereby publicly announced.

If units or individuals have any objections to the enterprises listed, they should submit a written objection to the Shanghai High-tech Enterprise Certification Office within 10 working days from the date of publication. When raising the objection, a clear statement should be provided regarding the specific issues of the enterprises that do not meet the conditions for high-tech enterprise certification, and relevant evidence materials should be provided. For any objection materials received, we will handle them in accordance with the relevant regulations.
